Exploring Careers

What are you going to do when you grow up? The question we have all been asked countless times but there is no simple answer. The rapid change in the workplace in terms of job types and responsibilities, working conditions and social change mean we need to develop resilience and adapt to change. Therefore it is vital to know not just about jobs and their requirements, but an awareness of how skills and experience relate to different careers, alongside an ability to understand the developments and decline in skills and certain careers.
